Zusammenfassung

GlobalLogic's Automotive department is seeking an Automation Test Engineer to strengthen our cutting-edge car solutions. You will build and maintain automated test suites for SIL and HIL, integrate tests into Zuul/Jenkins pipelines, and support developers by diagnosing test failures while ensuring ASPICE and ISO 26262 compliance.

The role requires 2+ years in software/test automation, Python and C++ proficiency, and experience with test frameworks, CI, Git, and Linux.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in software development or test automation.
• Programming skills in Python; working knowledge of C++.
• Experience with test frameworks (pytest, GoogleTest or similar).
• Basic knowledge of Bazel and test target definitions.
• Familiarity with CI pipelines in Jenkins and/or Zuul.
• Working knowledge of Git and Gerrit; basic understanding of Artifactory.
• Understanding of SIL / HIL testing concepts.
• Awareness of ASPICE and ISO 26262 requirements for testing.
• Linux environment experience.
• Technical engineering degree (preferably in software or systems engineering).
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain automated test suites for SIL and HIL environments.
• Integrate tests into gating pipelines in Zuul and Jenkins.
• Troubleshoot and investigate test and pipeline failures.
• Support developers in writing and running tests.
• Generate compliance artifacts (test reports, traceability evidence) for ASPICE and ISO 26262.
