Service project manager with business drive – customer focus that makes a difference

We are looking for a service project manager who thrives in a role with great responsibility – from planning to delivery – and who has the ability to create trust and build strong relationships with both customers and internal teams.

You will lead our service commitments from smaller service assignments to larger service projects with a focus on quality, clear communication and customer satisfaction. With your technical understanding and social skills, you create security at every step for the customer and ensure that our services deliver real value.

We see that you have experience in leading projects or service work within building automation, with good ability to plan, coordinate and follow up on deliveries. You are used to working closely with both customers and internal teams, and have a business drive that makes you see opportunities where others see challenges and contribute to the profitability of the business.

With us you will have the opportunity to work on various assignments within property automation.

You take the initiative to identify new opportunities within the service business, further develop existing customer collaborations and are responsible for calculating, negotiating and following up on financial results.

We are looking for you as

• Have 3-5 years of experience in project management or service business within property automation.
• Advantage if you have worked with technology in the field before.
• Has a strong drive to complete both smaller service assignments and larger projects - with customer satisfaction and high quality as obvious focus areas.
• Is business-driven and has a strong interest in customer relations and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Thrives in a role with a lot of responsibility and varied tasks.
• Has good communication skills and likes to build networks.
• Is used to working in a structured and goal-oriented manner.
• Have a B driving license.
