Job summary

A Sensory Panel Leader is sought by Adecco for a leading multinational company in Malmö. In this hands-on role, you will lead the daily execution of sensory panels evaluating nicotine and tobacco pouches, including VELO and Lundgrens.

You will be onsite in Malmö, collaborating with a global sensory team and supporting scientists with data collection, analysis, and reporting. The six-month assignment offers potential for permanent employment and requires fluent English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science, Consumer Science, Behavioural Science, Chemistry, Biology, Market Research, or a related field.
• Experience in sensory science, laboratory work, quality, research, product evaluation or consumer insights.
• Experience with statistical analysis and sensory software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of multiple sensory panels.
• Prepare samples and maintain an organized sensory laboratory.
• Recruit, train, and support 50+ sensory panellists.
• Lead panel sessions and create an engaging, professional environment.
• Support Sensory Scientists with questionnaire programming, data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Contribute to new sensory methods, product development and continuous improvements.
