Job summary

Adecco Sweden Aktiebolag is seeking a detail-oriented Sensory Analyst & Panel Technician for BAT in Malmö. The role blends hands-on sensory panel support (40%) with planning, conducting and analyzing studies (50%), plus opportunities to drive AI-enabled improvements (10%).

The position is based on-site in Malmö with collaboration across a global sensory team, and is an ongoing full-time consulting assignment through Adecco starting September 1st.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Sensory Science, Food Science, Statistics, Marketing Research or similar.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) and Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Support daily sensory panel operations including sample preparation, panellist communication, moderation and training.
• Plan, conduct and analyze sensory studies with Sensory Scientists; manage end-to-end projects.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operations through AI and digitalization.
