Job summary

Swedish Nutra AB is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join the team in Malmö. The role focuses on sensory and flavor profiling of our liquid dietary supplements and provides essential support to the R&D Manager.

You will conduct tastings, test products, and ensure that all technical documentation is accurately drafted and maintained, while contributing to the product development lifecycle from concept to production. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Education in Food Science or related field preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong palate and understanding of sensory analysis.
• Detail-oriented with excellent paperwork and data management.
• Fluent English written and spoken for daily work.

Responsibilities

• Lead sensory evaluations to develop, test, and polish flavor profiles for liquid supplements.
• Draft, update, and maintain product specifications and R&D documentation.
• Support the R&D Manager in day-to-day product development from concept to production.
