Job summary

Integro Consulting is seeking a Senior Wiring & Harness Engineer to join our Gothenburg team. You will design and develop electrical wiring harnesses and installation solutions for buses, lead component installation, and drive media routing activities while producing robust documentation.

Key tools include Saber and CATIA V5 with experience in KAP and KOLA. Fluency in English and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset are essential for coordinating across Platform Development teams.

Qualifications

• Technically strong, detail-oriented engineer with ownership mindset.
• Strong Saber knowledge for 2D wiring design.
• Good CATIA V5 knowledge for wiring harness routing and packaging.
• Experience with media routing solutions, such as electrical harnesses, pneumatic pipes or brake hoses.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach to engineering.
• High level of commitment, accuracy and ownership.
• Leadership skills to take the lead in technical activities and projects.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical wiring harnesses and installation solutions for buses.
• Lead and support component installation and media routing activities.
• Develop and document new design solutions using KAP and CATIA V5.
• Investigate and evaluate existing and new technical solutions documented in KOLA and CATIA.
• Perform electrical wiring design using Saber, including 2D wiring design.
• Develop and manage routing and packaging solutions for electrical wiring harnesses and power cables.
• Work with other media routing requirements, including pneumatic pipes and brake hoses.
• Support PIL activities and implement design adjustments throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with project teams and Platform Development to ensure that solutions meet technical requirements and project objectives.
• Take ownership of technical challenges and lead activities when required.
