Job summary

H&M Group seeks a Senior Engineering Manager for Warehouse Technology to lead delivery across automated, omnichannel warehouses. You will drive end-to-end technical coherence, collaborate with Product Management, and guide cross-functional teams across Sweden, India, and Eastern Europe, with travel to warehouse sites as needed.

You will influence priorities, govern integrations across multiple domains, and ensure security and operational performance align with company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology solutions in complex warehouses, logistics, or supply chain environments.
• Strong governance of integrations across multiple technology domains.
• Proven leadership of large, distributed engineering teams through delivery programs.
• Ability to translate technical complexity into business impact and operational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily engineering delivery of a large, distributed team across warehouse technology initiatives.
• Own end-to-end technical coherence across WMS, execution, automation, and infrastructure.
• Partner with Product Manager to align engineering priorities and business outcomes.
• Ensure solutions meet security, reliability, and guardrails.
