Job summary

Galderma Nordic AB in Uppsala seeks a Head of Quality to lead and transform the Quality function. You will shape a proactive culture in a regulated pharmaceutical environment and ensure compliance with global standards while driving operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has 10-15 years in Quality (QA/QC) and extensive experience in pharmaceuticals. Key responsibilities include leading quality strategy and acting as the primary Quality authority during inspections.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of progressive experience in Quality (QA/QC) with significant leadership responsibility.
• Proven track record managing regulated manufacturing environments.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's Quality strategy, governance, and execution.
• Ensure full compliance with GMP/cGMP and international regulations.
• Act as the primary Quality authority during regulatory inspections.

Skills

Extensive experience in pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology environments

Knowledge of GMP/cGMP regulations

Strong stakeholder management

Ability to drive cultural transformation

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific discipline
