Zusammenfassung

RaySearch Laboratories is seeking a Verification and Validation Manager for RayCare in Stockholm. You will lead V&V activities across agile teams, shaping the testing strategy and ensuring regulatory alignment.

Strong focus on automation and effective collaboration with clinical and technical stakeholders is essential. The role requires 5+ years in V&V management in software and excellent English and Swedish communication.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in verification and validation management in software development.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Swedish.

Aufgaben

• Develop and own V&V strategy for RayCare releases.
• Lead V&V activities with a risk-based, lifecycle-oriented approach.
• Ensure fit-for-purpose test environments and tools.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement of V&V execution.
• Create compliant V&V documentation and summaries.
