Job summary

RaySearch Laboratories AB (publ) invites a Group Manager to shape cancer care software. The role combines hands-on development with people leadership, overseeing a team of 8–12 developers and contributing to RayStation's evolution.

You will guide architecture, collaborate across backend, frontend, and full-stack domains, and apply Domain-Driven Design, event-driven patterns, and asynchronous communication. Fluency in English is essential; Swedish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years developing complex products using .NET.
• Experience in leadership roles or informal leadership in dev teams.
• Strong interest in people leadership and personnel responsibility.
• Fluency in English; Swedish language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of 8–12 developers and contribute as a technical contributor.
• Collaborate on backend, frontend, or full-stack development and system design.
• Drive architecture using Domain-Driven Design and event-driven concepts.
• Support a collaborative management context with peers and the wider org.
• Ensure security, data integrity, and reliable system communication in RayStation.
