Job summary

Revolution Medicines is seeking a Market Access Director for the Nordics to shape reimbursement and access strategies for innovative oncology therapies. You will lead HTA submissions, pricing negotiations, and value evidence communications for Nordics payers, working with regulatory, commercial, and medical affairs teams.

You will build strong relationships with payers and health authorities, guide launch readiness, and ensure alignment with European objectives.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Health Economics or Public Health.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in market access, pricing, reimbursement or health economics in Nordics.
Deep understanding of Nordics payer decision‑making and HTA processes.

Responsibilities

Define and execute country market access strategy for Nordics.
Lead HTA, pricing filings and value dossiers with payers and health authorities.
Collaborate with regional Medical Affairs and Marketing to translate clinical/economic evidence into payer‑oriented communications.
Build and maintain relationships with payers, HTA bodies, and policy influencers.
Partner with regional teams to align local access strategy with European objectives.
Provide input to clinical development and medical teams on access strategy.
Lead negotiations with national payers and develop value‑based contracts.
Monitor policy developments to inform strategy and drive launch readiness.
Represent Market Access in leadership meetings and contribute to overall business planning.
Drive landscape assessments, payer research, and advisory boards for local strategies.
Develop outreach plans to key payers and ensure access planning for new products.
