Job summary

Qualifications

4+ years of professional UX/UI/Product/Interaction design experience.
Experience in agile, fast-paced product teams.
Ability to advocate for design decisions with stakeholders.
Strong visual design with attention to detail.
Skilled in rapid prototyping and iterative design.
Knowledge of user research, usability testing and validation.
Understanding of A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
Experience with design systems and component libraries.
Strong knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.

Responsibilities

Design and improve end-to-end customer experiences across the purchase journey.
Translate user needs, research, analytics, and business objectives into effective design solutions.
Create rapid prototypes and validate concepts through user testing and experimentation.
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, researchers, and other cross-functional teams.
Advocate for design decisions using clear rationale, research, analytics, and experimentation.
Contribute to A/B testing and experimentation initiatives.
Work with and contribute to design systems and component libraries.
Ensure experiences are mobile-first, responsive, accessible, and visually polished.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities, incomplete information, and fast delivery cycles.
