Job summary

Hitachi Energy Sweden AB is seeking two Senior Tender Managers to lead bid strategy for large HVDC projects from Ludvika, Sweden. You will manage a global bid process, coordinate with the Grid Integration sales team, and drive competitive, comprehensive solutions for end clients.

The role requires strong leadership of diverse teams, robust experience in large tenders, and fluency in English. This position is based at our Ludvika premises with international collaboration and travel as needed.
