Job summary

Hitachi Energy Sweden AB in Ludvika invites applications for a Project/Program Management professional to join our team. You will establish documentation management processes, ensure team training, and align deliverables with contract requirements.

You will read customer contracts, perform cost calculations, prepare reports, and coordinate with suppliers and project members. Fluent English is required; Swedish language skills are a strong advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • 2–4 years of experience reading contracts and understanding customer documentation requirements.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) required; Swedish advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Establish documentation management processes aligned with project requirements.
  • Provide trainings and support for the project team and ensure use of the document management system.
  • Read customer contracts, analyze requirements, calculate risks and perform cost follow-up.
  • Prepare reports, lists and presentations on project documentation and progress.
  • Communicate with project teams and suppliers to ensure standardized forms and templates are used.
