We are looking for

A MuleSoft integration lead / architect with at least 8 years of experience working with MuleSoft integrations, joining the MuleSoft integration team to integrate our Salesforce orgs with a variety of other systems and platforms.

You are a self-motivated professional who likes to take responsibility and drive topics forward.

Your typical tasks include

1. Being the tech lead for an integration team, designing solutions, investigating new tools and methods, establishing best practices, promoting reusability, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
2. Using MuleSoft Anypoint Studio and API Manager to design, build, create, integrate, and deploy services, APIs, and other Mule applications to CloudHub to support business goals.
3. Assessing the impact of new requirements on MuleSoft, Salesforce, and all related applications, systems, and processes.
4. Collaborating in a team-centric environment that fosters innovation and values your input and ideas.
5. Working with business stakeholders to deliver on a backlog of sprint and maintenance work.

About You - Must Have

1. Deep knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, Event-driven Architecture, Message Broker technologies (MQ), and experience building integrations between MuleSoft and other platforms.
2. Experience leading a team and planning integrations using best practices.
3. Experience implementing API security patterns and frameworks.
4. Experience with Policy, Logging, Auditing, Performance Monitoring, and Troubleshooting.
5. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across different geographies.
6. Excellent written (business & technical), verbal, and listening communication skills.
7. Drive and desire to continuously learn and develop both technical and functional skills.
8. Located in Sweden is a must for this position.
9. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Good to have

1. MuleSoft certifications such as Platform Developer and/or Platform Architect.
2. Experience working with Salesforce integrations.
3. Experience integrating with IBM MQ and SAP.
4. Proficiency in Java development.
5. Experience with other integration platforms like IBM API Connect.
6. Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure Pipelines and Copado.
