Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5–10 years of technical project engineering experience.
• Experience leading offshore Pre-FEED/FEED projects.
• Broad knowledge of offshore engineering domains and renewables.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to juggle multiple work packages across projects.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Aufgaben

• Manage and deliver Pre-FEED/FEED scoped projects to meet performance, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Define and drive project scopes and work packages aligned with client needs and company goals.
• Combine engineering and PM needs to lead multi-disciplinary work packages across assignments.
• Evaluate, organize and prioritize tasks and resources within projects.
• Provide status updates and project reports to stakeholders and clients.
• Submit technical and financial progress reports to clients/project developers.
• Lead proposal writing for new FEED projects and represent CorPower at events and meetings.
