Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Technical Product Marketer in Sweden to build and scale buyer-focused demos, videos, and workshops that highlight Grafana’s value for SRE and platform engineering leaders. You will partner with PMMs and Sales to communicate the technical narrative clearly and consistently, using AI-driven assets to reach buyers across channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical role (solutions engineering, SRE, DevOps, backend engineering, technical PMM, or similar).
• Willingness to travel 10–12 weeks per year.
• Strong understanding of observability concepts and needs of SRE/platform teams.
• Ability to translate deep technical concepts into clear, value-focused stories.
• Experience presenting technical content through demos, workshops, or webinars.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a crisp, structured, persuasive style.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration; comfortable with PMM, Product, SEs, DevRel, and Field Engineering.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects from concept to completion.
• Comfort with light scripting or workflow automation.
