• Develop customer engagement strategies for Nordic region.
• Coach junior Solutions Architects on priorities.
• Influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Guide customers as a trusted advisor for Databricks solutions.
• Lead workshops and develop customer-facing materials.

Skills

Deep expertise in Data Engineering

Experience with Startups and Digital Native organizations

C-level relationship skills
