The Data team is responsible for providing the data to our end customers to find and win public opportunities. One key product we provide is structured information around public procurements. The expectation is that you help us shape our roadmap, by getting feedback from customers, researching greenfield data products, and collaborating with other teams. From a technical perspective, the team owns the data domain end to end, from finding and ingesting data, to making that data readily available and ensuring SLOs on our data systems. Your team owns the backend systems, and internal tooling. We expect you to drive and suggest initiatives across the engineering organization.
Microservice Architecture: Fargate, Lambda, SQS, EventBridge, GraphQL, OpenAPI
Databases and Querying: DocumentDB (MongoDB), Postgres, OpenSearch, Iceberg
Languages: Python, TypeScript
Infrastructure and platform: CDK, Github Actions
Observability and tooling: CloudWatch
AI Tooling: Claude Code, Internal MCP Server
Software engineering: Strong proficiency in Python (or similar), including writing robust, testable, and maintainable code; familiarity with async programming patterns.
Architecture: Creating systems that scale both in performance, and maintenance. Experience tracking SLOs/SLIs in large scale systems.
AI Tooling: Integrates AI tooling effectively into daily workflows both personally and for team flows.
Collaboration and communication: You enjoy collaborating across teams as well as non technical stakeholders, and customers. You are comfortable sharing knowledge and driving best practices.
Cloud : Hands‑on experience building and maintaining microservice architectures using AWS services such as SQS, Lambda, Fargate/ECS (or close equivalents in another cloud)
Location: Based in Stockholm, within commuting distance from our office in central Stockholm.
Bonus: Having worked in a data-heavy product with hundreds of external integrations and sources, where silent failures are common. Familiarity using LLMs as a data enricher.
