Predictable Hiring is hiring multiple senior software engineers for our startups/scaleup customers in AI, consumer apps and enterprise SaaS. We seek engineers who code with intent and can think beyond code to shape product outcomes.

Requirements include deep experience in at least one language among Python, TypeScript, C#, or C++, and familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or Codex. Strong product thinking and user empathy are essential.

Here’s what we are looking for:

• Experience building software in Python, TypeScript, C# or C++. No need to know all these, but you need at least deep experience in one of these languages.
• AI-assisted development. You work with Claude Code, Codex, or similar.
• Product thinking. You don't see your job as someone who writes code, you solve problems for the users. This means understanding users and crafting an experience for them.
