Job summary

TechShack is seeking experienced software engineers to join a hands-on, early-stage environment where you can influence technical direction and what gets built. You’ll work closely with founders, own features end-to-end, and help ship products from ground up.

This role suits senior engineers who enjoy building from scratch, collaborating with product teams, and taking ownership in a fast-moving startup context, with opportunities to shape architecture and strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.

We're looking for experienced software engineers who enjoy early-stage environments, greenfield development and building products from the ground up.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to be close to the product, work with a small team and have a genuine influence on both the technical direction and what gets built.

• Someone who still enjoys writing code and building things
