Job summary

NRDSNIPE, based in Sickla, Stockholm, is building a security testing platform for security teams. The role is senior and hands-on, focusing on Python and architectural decisions while leading a development team.

You will work closely with customers and engineers to evolve the product, design systems around LLMs and security data, and ensure robust packaging and deployment across environments. This on-site role values deep coding and practical decision-making.

Job description

At NRDSNIPE, we build a security testing platform for security teams, with automated reconnaissance and continuous penetration testing running locally inside the customer's environment.

We were founded by the team behind Foreseeti, a cybersecurity company acquired by Google, and started NRDSNIPE because attackers are scaling with AI faster than defensive tooling is.

We are looking for a senior engineer to take on real technical ownership of the product and help lead the development team as we grow. The role is hands‑on. You will write code, make architectural decisions, talk to customers and help the other engineers grow and develop.

A problem we are working on

Our platform orchestrates continuous penetration tests end to end. Getting from an exposed service to something that matters can involve source code, identities, cloud infrastructure, network configuration, vulnerabilities and runtime behaviour. We need to link those pieces together so an AI agent can reason across them, while keeping its conclusions traceable enough that an experienced security engineer will trust them and act on them.

All of it has to run inside the customer's environment, which often means local models, limited compute, strict data boundaries and no external connectivity.

This is a senior engineering role, not a management role. We want someone who stays close to the code while taking responsibility for how the team builds software.

Who we are looking for

You are a strong Python/backend engineer who has built software that real customers depend on. You know how much work it takes to turn something technically interesting into something dependable.

You are pragmatic. You would rather ship something a security team can use on Monday than design for a problem nobody has yet. You know when a simple solution is enough and you are not bored by it.

The architecture is still evolving, and we expect senior engineers to make decisions rather than wait for them.

Beyond that, we are particularly interested in experience with:

• Customer-facing B2B products


• Cybersecurity or security engineering


• LLMs, agents or other generative AI systems


• Packaging and deploying software into customer or enterprise environments

You do not need all four. We care more about depth, judgement and how quickly you can learn a hard domain than about ticking every box.

We are a small, funded team, mostly engineers, and early enough that the product is still taking shape. Based in Sickla, Stockholm, and primarily on site. We are a multi-national team and we communicate primarily in English. Swedish is not a requirement.

The package is salary plus equity. We want the people building NRDSNIPE to own a real share of it, and we will be specific about both numbers during the process.
