Massive Entertainment, part of Ubisoft, seeks a Build & Infrastructure Engineer in Malmö to develop and maintain the Snowdrop build system and internal CI/CD tools for global game projects, enabling efficient production pipelines across AAA titles.

You will work with Docker, Kubernetes, and Salt, and collaborate with multiple teams to implement new technologies and improvements while maintaining high reliability in the build environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced back-end developer with a strong technical foundation.
• Professional Python experience across production systems.
• Version control systems and CI/CD pipelines (Perforce or GitLab).
• Service deployments using Docker, Kubernetes and Salt.
• Monitoring/alerting using ELK, Grafana, Prometheus or equivalents.

Responsabilités

• Stay up to date with best practices and apply them in our infrastructure and processes.
• Solve complex software problems with available tools.
• Liaise with other teams regarding use cases and shared issues.
• Share knowledge and support teammates during critical development stages.
• Plan with real-world constraints in mind.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve the environment.
