InRule Technology, a PE-backed SaaS company, is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to design, implement, and support the infrastructure and automation behind our cloud services.

You will collaborate with developers and architects to keep services performant, reliable, and scalable, while integrating security into daily operations and enabling GitOps-based workflows across the platform.

Competenze

• 5+ years of cloud operations, SRE, or DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of core cloud services (compute, storage, databases, secrets) on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as OpenTofu, Bicep/ARM, or Pulumi.
• Experience with at least one observability platform (Datadog, New Relic, ELK, Prometheus/Loki/Grafana) and OpenTelemetry.
• CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or equivalent).
• Experience with Linux and tooling like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Willingness to take ownership of security-adjacent tasks.

Mansioni

• Design, implement, and manage tools to develop, deploy, monitor, and support cloud infrastructure.
• Define and track SLIs/SLOs for services, using error budgets.
• Monitor and troubleshoot resources using the observability stack.
• Participate in on-call rotation and resolve incidents with cross-team collaboration.
• Automate and optimize processes, moving toward GitOps workflows.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities from cloud usage analysis.
• Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code for Azure (Bicep/OpenTofu).
• Support deployment/configuration of InRule products with security focus.
• Implement security controls in Azure and pursue least-privilege access.
• Onboard security scanning into CI/CD pipelines (SAST/DAST/SCA).
• Develop agentic workflows for release tracking and incident response.
