Job summary

Fortum Sverige AB seeks a Security Manager to lead and develop the security program across Hydro operations. You will partner with managers, projects and security specialists to ensure legal compliance and Fortum security requirements are met, while shaping mid- and long-term security plans.

Travel to plants and offices is required. You will bring deep industrial security expertise, practical collaboration, and the ability to translate risks into concrete security measures that protect people

Qualifications

• More than five years of experience in industrial security roles.
• Thorough knowledge of physical security and technical security systems.
• Knowledge of information security, personnel security and travel security.
• Professional proficiency in English; Swedish and Finnish are advantageous.
• Knowledge of security legislation.

Responsibilities

• Drive, coordinate and develop the physical security of Hydro assets.
• Support the line organization in matters related to physical, information, personnel and travel security.
• Provide expert guidance to help the organization comply with legal and Fortum corporate security requirements.
• Monitor developments in the security threat landscape and evaluate risks and vulnerabilities.
• Develop and improve security concepts, methods, tools and procedures.
• Prepare mid-term and long-term plans to maintain and improve Hydro’s security posture.
• Provide analyses and reports on security performance and status.
• Represent Hydro in Fortum security forums and networks.
• Cooperate with managers in implementing effective security measures.
