Job summary

Orange Cyberdefense, based in Sweden, is seeking a Senior OT Security Consultant to provide expert advisory in securing industrial environments. This role requires extensive experience in OT/ICS security, a strong grasp of SCADA systems, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Swedish and English.

A successful candidate will engage in customer interactions, lead security assessments, and contribute to the development of OT services. This position offers a hybrid working environment with opportunities to work on meaningful assignments within critical infrastructures.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in OT/ICS security, or extensive experience in industrial automation focused on cybersecurity.
• Previous experience in a consulting or advisory role is highly valued.
• Well-versed in the Purdue Model and operational requirements of industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor on strategic and operational security matters.
• Lead and perform in-depth security, risk, and vulnerability assessments at customer sites.
• Drive engagements from scoping through delivery and ensure high-quality execution.

Skills

Several years of experience in OT/ICS security

Strong knowledge of SCADA, DCS, and PLC systems

Experience leading or conducting on-site OT security assessments

Good understanding of IEC 62443 and NIST 800-82

Clear communication in Swedish and English

Tools

Relevant certifications (GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443, CISSP, CISM)
