• 3+ years of leadership experience in security domains.
• Knowledge of protective security laws and practical application.
• 5+ years in protective security analyses and security-sensitive operations.
• Leadership with budgets and operational performance responsibilities.
• Experience with physical, information and personnel security.
• Experience with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Professional proficiency in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Security Department and its employees.
• Ensure compliance with the Swedish Protective Security Act and governmental requirements.
• Develop governing documents, processes, and methodologies in security.
