Job summary

Capgemini AB in Sweden seeks a senior SAP EWM/TM consultant to lead end-to-end logistics transformations within SAP S/4HANA environments. You will own configurations, deliver high-value SAP solutions, and collaborate with a Nordic/global network of clients and experts.

You will guide clients through complex implementations, mentor junior staff, and contribute to building our EWM delivery capability while maintaining high quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM and/or TM in a consulting role.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA transformations and logistics processes.
• Ability to work independently, own delivery, and guide client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA EWM/TM solutions.

Your role

We are looking for experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transport Management (TM) consultants who are passionate about delivering business‑critical logistics and transportation solutions for leading clients in Sweden. In this role, you will work on high‑impact assignments within modern SAP S/4HANA environments, closely aligned with business stakeholders and with a high degree of ownership and autonomy. You will play a key role in optimizing end‑to‑end supply chain processes, helping our clients improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.

As a senior consultant, you bring both technical expertise and advisory capability, guiding clients through complex transformations, driving implementations, and ensuring long‑term value realization. Your profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP EWM and/or TM in a consulting role
• Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver high‑quality results
• Experience from at least one SAP S/4HANA transformation project
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management processes and best practices; SAP certification is a plus
• Contributing to building and developing our EWM delivery capability, including ways of working, offerings, and team growth
