Job description

Senior Sales Operations Specialist

Location: Stockholm, Sweden.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full sales operation cycle within the assigned region, including order processing, logistics coordination, invoicing, and payment tracking.
  • Ensure strict alignment with HQ compliance protocols while tailoring andimplementing region-specific operational guidelines and SOPs.
  • Drive accuracy in sales forecasting by coordinating across departments (sales, delivery, finance, etc.) and supporting timely and reliable delivery of solutions to customers.
  • Conduct regular performance and risk analyses based on sales targets; provideactionable insights and data-driven recommendations to local country leads andsales teams.
  • Build and scale the capabilities of the local sales operations team in alignment with business needs and growth strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above. Background in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a sharp business acumen and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • High level of accountability, results-driven attitude, and resilience under pressure.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese; Swedish language skills are a strong plus.
