Qualifications

• Degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial automation and control systems.
• Experience with PLC, SCADA, HMI, embedded systems, system integration and industrial networks.
• Strong understanding of control system architecture, cybersecurity and validation of complex solutions.
• Experience with project management, requirements and risk management, and agile product development.
• DevOps experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain recognized expertise by integrating latest technologies and methodologies.
• Lead problem solving with hypotheses and validation.
• Document work results to enable maintenance and reuse.
• Initiate IP generation and participate in IP strategy development.
• Lead projects and manage stakeholders across the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate across disciplines to deliver advanced marine solutions.
