Job summary

Winthrop Technologies Sweden AB is seeking Quantity Surveyors to join a major data centre project in Sweden. You will manage costs and value, procure subcontract packages, and ensure commercial alignment from early procurements to final accounts.

You will collaborate with the project team, clients and subcontractors, develop budgets, prepare ITTs, monitor cash flow and support junior team members in a collaborative, outcome‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree with 2+ years of experience in cost management.
• Strong budgeting and financial forecasting abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Procure subcontract packages and manage costs across multiple packages.
• Generate quantified work packages, ITTs and budgets from technical docs.
• Analyse tender returns and prepare subcontract documents.
• Commercially manage packages from order to final account, including payments and claims.
• Monitor costs, cash flow and financial entitlement; report regularly.
• Engage with clients, subcontractors and internal teams; resolve conflicts.
• Develop, submit and agree external valuations; support junior team members.
