Job summary

Winthrop Technologies Sweden AB is seeking Junior Quantity Surveyors to join a major data centre project in Skelleftea, Sweden. You will manage costs, procure subcontract packages, and support the commercial team across multiple packages.

The role emphasizes ownership, solutions-focused work, and clear communication with clients and project teams. This is a site-based position on a leading data centre project.

Qualifications

• Degree in a construction or commercial discipline with 2+ years of experience.
• Strong understanding of building construction and measurement.
• Ability to build client relationships and work with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Procure subcontract packages and manage commercial elements from order to final account.
• Prepare budgets, ITTs, and quantified work packages from technical docs.
• Analyze tender returns and present findings to the team.
• Prepare and agree subcontract documentation and handle variations and final accounts.
• Monitor costs, cash flow, and financial entitlement across packages.
• Engage with clients, subcontractors, designers, and internal teams regularly.
• Submit contractually compliant commercial documentation and external valuations.
• Supervise and develop junior commercial staff.
