IGS Sweden AB is seeking an ambitious Senior QA Specialist to join our growing team in Solna. You will conduct manual and automated testing, review requirements, and help expand our test automation coverage.

The role emphasizes collaboration, process improvement, and learning within QA and software delivery. Ideal candidates will have strong API testing experience, JavaScript/Cypress automation, and knowledge of microservice architectures and container tech like Docker and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with RESTful API testing and API/E2E automation.
• Experience with test automation using JavaScript, preferably Cypress.
• Familiarity with load and performance testing.
• Strong analytical and proactive approach to QA within a team.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an ambitious Senior QA Specialist to join our growing team. We expect our QA specialists to have strong analytical and technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to ensuring product quality.

NB! Please note that this role is on-site in Solna, Sweden. No relocation support or visa sponsorship is provided.

In this role, you will:

• Perform manual functional, non-functional, and integration testing
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Estimate, prioritize, and plan testing activities
• Identify, document, and track bugs thoroughly and efficiently
• Expand and maintain test automation coverage
• Support and continuously improve our test automation frameworks and solutions
• Contribute to the QA chapter and promote best practices within the team

You will be successful in this role if you:

• Are a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Have experience in the iGaming industry (experience with gaming platforms is a strong advantage) Have strong knowledge of object-oriented programming
• Have hands‑on experience with RESTful API testing
• Have experience writing and maintaining API or E2E test automation (preferably using JavaScript/Cypress)
• Have experience in load and performance testing
• Are familiar with microservice architecture and containerization/orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Have fluent written and spoken English
