Qualifications

• 12+ years in software testing with at least 3 years in a lead role.
• Proven QA program leadership across multiple testing types.
• Strong knowledge of testing frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience with Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and scripting languages.
• Test automation skills using PyTest and Selenium UI.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall test strategy and approach for components.
• Lead and manage testing lifecycle across multiple projects.
• Coordinate test strategy, planning and execution for compliance needs.
• Ensure quality and integrity through defined processes.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, analysts, and stakeholders to cover requirements.
• Manage test environments and test data.
• Track and report test metrics and progress.
• Mentor QA engineers in data testing and automation.
• Support release management and deployment readiness.
