Job summary

Avaron AB is seeking a hands-on engineering professional to streamline development, automate workflows, and strengthen CI/CD across Windows and Linux. The role focuses on internal tooling, Azure-based data platforms and GitHub Actions in a cross-functional setting.

You will collaborate with engineering and platform teams to deliver scalable technical solutions, contribute to Databricks pipelines, and ensure reliable delivery, quality and traceability across projects.

Qualifications

• Strong Python skills for production automation and tooling.
• Hands-on Azure Databricks experience with notebooks/pipelines/jobs.
• Experience with Azure data-plat tech such as Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, data quality.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, Workflows and reusable workflows.
• Solid Docker experience.
• CI/CD experience in Windows and Linux environments.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
• EU citizenship.

Responsibilities

• You will develop Python-based automation and internal tooling.
• You will build, maintain and improve GitHub Actions/Workflows and reusable CI/CD pipelines.
• You will support Azure-based data platforms, including Databricks.
• You will help strengthen software quality, traceability and engineering processes.
• You will collaborate with engineers and platform specialists to deliver scalable solutions.
• You will contribute in Windows and Linux environments, with reliable delivery and efficient flows.
