Qualifications

• Strong Python experience with backend systems.
• Experience building and scaling modern SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, distributed systems and databases.
• Experience with data-intensive applications and backend services.
• Exposure to AI, ML, LLMs, or RAG architectures is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building scalable backend systems used by thousands of end users.
• Developing APIs and platform services that support business-critical applications.
• Building and optimising data pipelines and distributed systems.
• Improving platform performance, scalability, observability, and reliability.
• Contributing to the adoption and integration of modern AI technologies.
• Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to deliver customer value.
• Exploring emerging technologies to create new product capabilities.
