Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Stockholm is seeking an experienced full-stack developer to build internal web interfaces and AI-powered tools for automating insurance claims. You will work across frontend and backend, using TypeScript/Node.js, GraphQL, React/Next.js, and Python for AI integrations.

The role emphasizes architecture, code quality, automation, and collaboration in an international, hybrid work environment. Equity participation is offered to help attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in web development (8+ years is a plus).
• Excellent command of TypeScript / Node.js.
• Solid experience with React / Next.js.
• Experience with GraphQL, MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Good command of Python, ideally in AI-related projects.
• Strong interest in automation and LLMs.
• Ability to work in an international environment.
• Professional English required (written and spoken).
• Autonomy, curiosity and a sense of product impact.
• Hybrid model out of a central Stockholm HQ.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust and scalable web applications.
• Design backend APIs in TypeScript/Node.js, exposed via GraphQL.
• Build modern and efficient interfaces in Next.js/React.
• Develop Python services for integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI or others).
• Contribute to architectural choices and ensure code quality.
• Frontend: React, Next.js; API: GraphQL; Practices: automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews.
