Amendo is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Underwriting Analytics team in Sweden, where you will play a critical role in underwriting decisions and analytics.

Your responsibilities will include leading property underwriting analytics, analysing portfolio performance, and coaching junior analysts. You’ll work collaboratively in a high-performing team and have real influence from day one.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in property underwriting analytics with large corporate clients.
• Solid understanding of insurance financials, pricing, and profitability.
• Proven ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills in English and ideally another Nordic language.
