Job summary

Flex in Kalmar is looking for a Project Manager to lead product development projects. You will manage resources, secure documentation, and communicate project progress while contributing to process improvements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in engineering and proven project management experience, preferably in the electronics sector. Fluent English is required; Swedish is a plus. Flex offers a global environment with opportunities for personal growth.

Qualifications

• Proven project management expertise with demonstrated experience leading product development projects.
• Drive the project towards the identified goals and requirements.
• Fluent English, both verbally and in written; Swedish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Product Development Project with R&D, NPI & Sourcing resources.
• Secure activities & documentation according to the Quality assurance-plan.
• Keep the Product Manager informed about project progress and highlight issues.
