Job summary

inventYOU IT Consulting seeks a Senior Project Manager (level 4) to lead a strategic digitalization initiative for a Swedish government authority. The role covers two core streams: developing and rolling out a secure mobile solution for client-facing use and expanding Mobile Phone as a Service to add secure functions across the mobile fleet.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in IT project management or equivalent leadership role.
• Led complex IT projects with significant organizational impact in the last 5 years.
• Experience across 2+ business areas with multiple interconnected IT systems and suppliers.
• Led teams of 15+ with resource allocation responsibility.
• Certification in PRINCE2, PPS, PMP, IPMA or equivalent.
• Experience with on-premise or high-security IT projects.
• Willingness to undergo security clearance (säkerhetsskyddsavtal nivå 3).

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (level 4) to lead a strategic digitalization initiative for a Swedish government authority. The assignment covers two core work streams: development and rollout of a mobile solution for secure, client-facing work with highly sensitive information, and further development of \"Mobile Phone as a Service\" to introduce additional secure, business-critical functions across the organization's mobile fleet.

You will own the full project lifecycle - requirements analysis, technical realization, deployment, resource planning, follow-up, and reporting to steering committees and management groups - within a high-security, regulated environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in an equivalent IT leadership role
• Primary ownership of complex IT projects with significant organizational impact within the last 5 years
• Experience with at least 3 projects (or one large-scale strategic project) spanning at least two business areas, multiple interconnected IT systems, and multiple external suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Experience leading project teams of 15+ people or equivalent resource scope, including resource allocation responsibility
• Certification in project management (PRINCE2, PPS, PMP, IPMA, or equivalent)
• Experience leading IT projects involving implementation, upgrade, or migration of systems in on-premise or equivalent high-security environments
• Practical, hands-on application of PPS or an equivalent structured project governance model
• Willingness to undergo security clearance (säkerhetsskyddsavtal nivå 3)

Nice to Have

• Experience leading projects in complex government/public sector environments with high information security requirements and statutory frameworks (e.g. säkerhetsskyddslagen, GDPR)
• Experience leading IT projects in environments with particularly high requirements for confidentiality, security classification, and detailed access control
• Experience in project management within public sector operations
• Experience leading or delivering mobile telephony solution projects
