Meva Energy is a pioneering Swedish cleantech company that has developed a unique gasification technology for on-site renewable energy production. Our innovative process utilizes small-fraction fuels — such as biomass and industrial residues from furniture production — to generate clean energy directly at local factory sites. Following the successful verification of our technology at our first commercial plant in Sweden — and the progress on the delivery of our second plant in Poland — we are now entering an exciting scale‑up phase. To support this growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of upcoming plant projects.

Senior Project Manager – Your Role:

As Senior Project Manager at Meva Energy, you will hold full responsibility for the successful delivery of Meva Energy plants worldwide. You will lead complex, high‑value projects with a focus on strategic planning, risk management, and execution excellence, ensuring that each delivery meets our high standards for safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Take full ownership of plant delivery projects from contract award through commissioning and final handover.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring strategic alignment with company goals.
• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional internal teams and external suppliers/contractors to drive project success.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and opportunities proactively, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical, quality, and safety standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead project governance processes, including reporting, escalation management, and decision‑making forums.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by systematically capturing lessons learned and implementing best practices across projects.

This senior role will be pivotal to Meva Energy’s scale‑up journey, ensuring that future plant deliveries are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest industry standards — strengthening our position as a leader in renewable energy solutions.

Who You Are:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager who combines strong technical expertise with excellent leadership and communication skills. You thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about delivering complex energy projects to the highest standards.

Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or alternative formal education combined with relevant work experience.
• Strong project management capabilities with a track record of delivering large‑scale projects on time and within budget.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and solution‑driven.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Additional advantages:

• Prior experience with multi‑discipline, turn‑key project deliveries within the energy sector is highly valued.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Europe for client visits, site inspections, and on‑site project work.
