Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Product Analyst (CX) based in Sweden to anchor the product metrics framework and translate data into strategic decisions. You will work with Product and Data teams to uncover opportunities, validate hypotheses, and guide growth.

You will design and analyze A/B tests, ensure reliable metric definitions, and deliver actionable recommendations in a highly collaborative, distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in data extraction, processing, analysis, and visualization.
• Hands-on experience with MS SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Deep experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests.
• Strong understanding of marketing and product metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product metrics tree with clear definitions and impact on the north-star metric.
• Validate metrics and dashboards, ensuring reliable reporting.
• Investigate fluctuations and anomalies with Product leads.
• Conduct ad-hoc research to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
• Validate hypotheses through quantitative analysis and prioritize problems by impact.
• Design and analyze A/B tests with proper sample-size, MDES, duration and guardrails.
• Verify experiment splits and perform sanity checks before interpreting results.
• Define data-tracking requirements for experiments and instrumentation.
• Maintain an archive of experiments with actionable recommendations.
• Identify data-quality issues before using data for decisions.
