Job summary

Smart Eye Aktiebolag (publ) in Gothenburg, Sweden, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of advanced Interior Sensing software for automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. You will interface with customers and internal teams to ensure commitments align with priorities and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in automotive project/program management with customer-facing software programs.
• Experience with OEM and Tier-1 customers and multiple complex projects.
• Strong understanding of automotive development processes and product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary program management contact for assigned OEM/Tier-1 customers, leading meetings and milestones.
• Build trusted customer relationships and balance internal resources with business priorities.
• Ensure alignment between customer requirements, commitments, and internal execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Engineering, Product Owners, Validation, Data Management and Customer Support.
