Technology Stack: Siemens TIA Portal v17+, Siemens 1500 series F PLCs, LTLL HMI Comfort Panels, OPC UA, Profinet communication, S7 communication, IO-Link, Siemens RFID systems, Cognex vision systems, Cognex/Keyence scanner systems, Festo/Siemens servo. Also ProDiag, hardware configuration and Siemens library system.

Technical Requirements:
Architect the complete PPAP software system, enforce folder structure and coding guidelines.
Required languages: LAD, GRAPH, SCL.
Familiar with Safety programming.
Define system-wide signal model with reusable UDTs and alarm handling.
Skilled in simulation and virtual commissioning workflows.
Ensure deterministic communication and fail-safe restart capabilities.
Strong documentation and handover package creation.
Familiar with industrial network design and troubleshooting.
Implement full DIDRIK interface per MEC.
Sequence control, cap handling, reject and NOK replacement logic.
Handle all Graph transitions: no empty steps, vertical flow, proper naming.
Review all FB/FCs and Graphs created by the team for compliance.

Experience:
7+ years in Siemens TIA Portal automation projects.
3+ years in developing machine logic from scratch.
Deep process and automation understanding in discrete manufacturing.
Experienced in architecting modular and reusable code across large systems.
Experience leading reprogramming of existing production systems.
Delivered systems with traceability, multi-variant logic, MES integration.
Capable of integrating well with internal developers.
