Job summary

Toptracer is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to build and operate the platforms, tools, and automation enabling global growth from our Danderyd office outside Stockholm. You will work across software development, infrastructure, and operations, designing scalable Kubernetes environments and hands-on coding.

You will collaborate with development and operations teams to remove bottlenecks, improve productivity, and drive architectural decisions that scale the platform for millions of users

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building and operating large-scale Kubernetes platforms.
• Strong Linux development and ops background.
• Proficient Python for automation and APIs.
• Experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation and containerized environments.
• Ability to design scalable tooling and understand distributed systems.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Interest in software architecture while coding.
• Willingness to influence long-term technical strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate Toptracer's platform infrastructure.
• Develop automation to remove operational bottlenecks and boost productivity.
• Contribute to architecture, deployment strategies, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure reliability and scalability.
