Job summary

Antler is seeking exceptional senior engineers and technical leaders for our Platform team in Stockholm. The role focuses on building and maintaining the systems that enable AI product engineering and ensures high productivity for our engineering teams. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in platform engineering, solid knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, and proficiency in languages such as Go or Rust. The position is on-site, allowing for direct collaboration within the team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in platform, infrastructure, or developer experience engineering.
• Deep experience building and operating production infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency in at least one systems-oriented language (Go, Rust, C++, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain core systems for AI product.
• Develop observability stack from code instrumentation to presentation.
• Plan and implement network infrastructure and cloud strategy.
