The role targets recent graduates or early-career professionals with a strong curiosity to learn how large-scale systems operate in production and how to improve them through engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early career with a technical degree in CS/SE/IT or similar.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support container-based and Windows environments.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and perform incident analysis.
• Support deployments and releases.
• Work with logs, metrics and observability.
• Work with databases and SQL.
• Automate recurring operational tasks.
• Improve deployment and environment processes.
• Move configuration and infrastructure towards Infrastructure as Code.
• Improve reliability, standardisation and operational efficiency.
