Oneflow is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to accelerate our B2B partnerships. You’ll win new partners, own the lifecycle end-to-end, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive pipeline and revenue. You’ll leverage an AI-driven sales stack to optimize partner activity and performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience owning and developing B2B partnerships.
• Experience in sales, business development, or another commercial role.
• End-to-end ownership of the partner lifecycle from identification to growth.
• Proven ability to generate partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and win new B2B partners with multi-stakeholder decision processes.
• Own and grow relationships with integration, reseller, and solution partners.
• Lead partners through the full lifecycle from opportunity to onboarding and revenue generation.
• Develop joint business plans and create co-selling, referral, and GTM activities.
