Job summary

Ingrid Capacity AB seeks an experienced senior project developer to lead the development of our Nordics energy storage projects. You will own projects through the development lifecycle, coordinating with landowners, grid operators, authorities, and internal teams to ensure robust bankability and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project development experience in renewable energy or energy storage.
• Proven track record of delivering projects to Ready-to-Build (RtB).
• Familiarity with Nordic regulatory and permitting frameworks; strong bankability knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Drive project development efforts to secure land, permits, and grid connections to RtB.
• Negotiate agreements and build relationships with key stakeholders (landowners, grid operators, authorities, utilities).
• Ensure financial viability and technical excellence across projects; drive continuous improvements.
• Navigate regulatory processes and stay ahead of market trends for long-term viability.
• Identify and address project risks via strategic planning and problem-solving.
• Oversee project documentation for compliance and seamless handover.
• Coordinate across technical, financial, and regulatory aspects to align project goals.
