You will design, develop, and maintain mission-critical software used in electric utility transmission, distribution, and market operations, collaborating with developers, product owners, architects, and testers in a global environment. The role requires deep expertise in C#/.NET, WPF, Windows desktop apps, REST/WCF, multithreading, and databases.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in CS or engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience in enterprise or mission-critical environments.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum with global cross-functional teams.
• Experience in fast-paced environments and adapting to changing priorities.
• Proven ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable fixes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on use of AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and quality.
• Comfortable working in customer-facing discussions with stakeholders.
